Complementary feed for horses
For the balance of energy deficiencies and the build-up of energy reserves.
Application
With its balanced composition, EQUIPUR - energen plus optimizes the energy pool available in the short and medium term by quickly compensating for energy deficits and building up new energy reserves (muscle glycogen stores). This makes it easier to cope with particularly unusual or heavy physical exertion.

General findings of nutritional science
Soybean protein concentrate is rich in essential amino acids. It promotes the build-up of body substances, especially the musculature.
Starch (multiple sugar) produces an even energy-flow which is used for muscular exertion or for the replenishment of glycogen storage.
Dextrose is an energy-rich carrier which serves quickly and effectively to balance eventual deficits in the energy-budget.
Iron and copper promote the formation of the oxygen carriers haemoglobin and myoglobin, which are needed for top performance.
Lecithine contains choline which supports the liver during the transformation of feed into performance-active substances.
Lysine improves the energy metabolism of the musculature.
Vitamin E and selenium protect the cell membranes from harmful oxygen compounds and are indispensable for the function of the heart and skeletal muscles.
